On December the 4th 2007 lawyers of Law Company «Legal Assistance» participated in business-practicum «Corporate conflicts: court practice of solving corporate conflicts in stock companies». This event was organized by IBC company.

During practicum there were highlighted new types of court disputes in the sphere of corporate law, new ways for recognizing through court documents of joint stock companies as invalid. There were carefully looked through the methods of counteraction for seizure of control above joint-stock companies and removal of its administration. Also there were looked through the wide circle of questions, expert gave the practical recommendations and advices, there was a lively discussion of existing problems and collisions of current legislation, there were systematized practice and position of Supreme Commercial Court of Ukraine on many questions of corporate legal relations.
